Brick Court Car Park
The Car Park (approx 900m2) was completely reconstructed in Granite Sett
paving, using 6 different widths, lengths and colours. In addition new ducting
and parking bay markings and numbering were installed.

Moxon Street Car Park
The Car Park (approx 3000m2) was completely reconstructed to remove soft spots,
provide new surface water drainage and to install new kerbs, pavements
construction and parking bays. Improvement works included installation of a new
Kiosk and new flood lighting installation to the car parking area. In addition
several existing retaining walls at the site boundaries were repaired or
reconstructed. |

Hughes Mansions
Construction of a bitumen surfaced football and basketball fenced game area
(partially elevated), and a wet-poured safety surface area with a children’s
“jungle gym”. The project also included construction of a new car park, entry
road, pedestrian ramps, fencing, brick walls, and drainage system. |
